Our Department‘s Strategic Plan
Our university's "2024-2028 Strategic Plan" has been published and includes goals in many areas such as education, research, social contribution, internationalization, and sustainability. Our Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering is positioned in full alignment with this strategic framework and undertakes the following contributions:
Areas of Contribution
- Education and Training:
The goals of "quality engineering education, application-oriented learning, and industry collaboration" included in the strategic plan play a guiding role for our department. Strengthening applied education activities in fields such as electrical, electronics, control, communication, and power systems is consistent with this goal. - Research and Technology Production:
Our department is expected to contribute to the goals highlighted in the strategic plan, namely "applied engineering solutions, increasing R&D activities, and strengthening industry-university collaborations." Projects in areas such as renewable energy, embedded systems, communication technologies, and power electronics are particularly prominent. - Social contribution and sustainability:
In the field of electrical and electronic engineering, social contribution can be made through issues such as energy efficiency, sustainable energy systems, and the development of safe and environmentally friendly technologies. Engineering solutions tailored to local needs also strengthen the role of the department. - Internationalization and Quality Management:
Our department is in line with the university's strategic quality understanding with goals such as participation in national/international accreditation processes, increasing student and faculty exchange programs, and taking part in international projects.
