Objectives
- The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering aims to educate graduates with well-developed industrial and academic skills. Graduates can choose from a wide variety of career options worldwide, having gained a high sense of responsibility in terms of professional ethics. In this context, the Program Educational Objectives are stated below.
- Professional Achievement: Effectively participating in engineering applications in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related fields, in the public or private sector.
- Lifelong Learning: Participating in lifelong learning activities such as master's degrees and certificate programs for professional development.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Taking an effective role in solving engineering problems through project management, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Ethics and Social Responsibility: Acting responsibly by considering the social, environmental, and ethical impacts of engineering solutions.
Goals
- The program includes theoretical and practical engineering education. The language of instruction of the program is Turkish. The courses in the program are not only provided as they are in the curriculum; elective courses that students will need in their professional work lives are also included.
- Engineering Applications: For graduates to perform successful engineering applications in the public or private sector with their skills in solving engineering problems, system design, and analysis.
- Lifelong Learning: To continue lifelong learning by following developments in information technologies and the field of engineering, and to receive graduate education.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Taking part in team studies in various disciplines, having the ability to lead, and using communication skills effectively.
- Ethics and Social Responsibility: Adhering to professional ethical values and carrying social responsibility, knowing that society can be affected by engineering activities.
